1. Free Shipping applies to any deliverable address in the U.S. and Canada (Including Hawaii and Alaska). Any delivery destination outside these areas will be subject to a flat rate shipping cost of $10.

While Parent Education Media, LLC strives to maintain its 2-3 day average time-to-ship, we make no guarantees and will accept no liability nor honor any claim towards ruminative action stemming from a longer than average time-to-ship. (Time-to-ship refers to the time period between the order placement and the handing of the product over to the carrier for transport). It is recommended to allow for 5-10 business days from the time the order is placed to the time the order is received, depending on the “ship to” location.

 

3. Parent Education Media, LLC will ship to any deliverable address throughout the world. The package does not require signature confirmation and you can track the status of your order when logged into your account.

 

4. Every product shipped from Parent Education Media, LLC is insured up to the full purchase price. It is Parent Education Media, LLC’s responsibility to pursue any claim with the carrier. Please note that this is only applicable to the original shipment from Parent Education Media, LLC to the customer and does not apply to any subsequent shipments for returns.

 

5. Parent Education Media, LLC’s preferred domestic carrier is USPS and preferred international carrier is UPS. All shipping will be completed through these companies unless otherwise specified.

 

6. All ship times are counted in business days only and correspond with those of our preferred carriers. Parent Education Media, LLC honors all holidays honored by our preferred carriers and follows a M-F work week.
