Community Commitment
The Baby Manual™ is not just about education. We aim to provide support and foundation that is truly life-changing for new parents at a time when they are feeling vulnerable, exhausted, and uncertain about changes parenthood will bring.
In the spirit of following our mission of helping parents and children thrive, we’ve committed to positively impact and strengthen our community through these programs:
- Make The Baby Manual™ available for free to low income families. If you or someone you know is expecting a baby, but cannot afford to buy our program, please complete the “Special Assistance Form”. Those who qualify will only need access to a library computer to watch the program and learn about baby care.
- Donate 5% of all proceeds to various charities that support parents and children. We work with several charitable organizations that are focused on providing support to families and children in need. We are open to working with additional charities whose cause is deeply rooted in supporting expectant parents.
- Volunteer. From the CEO to the newest recruit, we encourage every team member and associate to volunteer for causes in their local community. Parent Education Media, LLC makes contributions to eligible organizations where team members and associates volunteer.
- Use environment-friendly packaging in our products. We use an eco-friendly alternative to traditional plastic DVD cases: Digipak® DVD packaging. It is made from sturdy recycled board stock with a recycled clear tray. We use only non-toxic, vegetable-based, biodegradable inks for all printing.
These are the core features of our commitment to community, but by no means does it stop here. We aspire to do more, much more, and we realize that together there is no limit to what we can achieve.
